Delivery Information

We offer FREE DELIVERY to all of Milton Keynes and anywhere within a 20-mile radius of us (MK17 9FX). We always aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days upon receiving an order. If you require it sooner or have any queries then please contact the office.

You will receive a call or a text from us to let you know when your delivery will be made, at least 24hrs before, so make sure to keep note of our numbers: 0800 862 0863 & 07401893979.

When placing an order you can provide notes for us and the delivery driver i.e. about access. If you need to be in on delivery or would prefer a certain day then make a note of this and we will do our best to honor this for you.

As long as it is accessible, your order will be dropped on your driveway; unless Stacking Service is added or you specify otherwise.

T&Cs:
There’s a minimum order of £10 for within 10-mile radius and a minimum order of £50 between 10 to 20 miles.
If you’re property is outside our delivery zone, then contact the office to discuss as we may still be able to deliver for a small charge.

Collection Available:
Our shop is open from Monday to Friday 9AM to 4PM. You can collect products such as Netted Log Sacks, Kindling, Coal, Firelighters & More!

If you’d like to collect something larger like a Bulk or Barrow bag then please contact the office before coming down, to make sure we have stock available and someone is around to assist you.
