LOG WOODCHIP (G50 GRADE)

We offer two options of ‘Woodchip’ – LOG WOODCHIP & MULCH. Our Log Woodchip is now G50 grade, previously G30; the chip is chunkier, meaning you will need less to cover an area and it will last longer, so won’t need topping up as quickly – saving you time & money! Our premium Woodchip is available for delivery in Bulk bags and Van Loads – For comparison, a van load of our G50 Woodchip is approximately x5 Jumbo bags worth.

We can tip this onto your driveway or deliver to an allotment, just make a note of where you’d like it when you place your order (This is down to our drivers discretion due to the size of our vehicle, if you’re unsure please contact the office before placing an order).

• This chip is made from whole trees so is 100% wood.
• Made up of a blend of Softwood and Hardwood but predominantly hardwoods.

• They are high density and low in moisture around 30 to 50mm in size. Ideal floor covering where you might have a static chicken run on soil.
• The ideal depth for pet areas and paths would be 50-100mm, give or take 10% as its settles down. Our jumbo bags are around a cubic meter which should result in approximately 750 – 950 liters of chip. One bulk bag should cover approximately 10-12m2 at a depth of 50mm.
